Slide puzzles but awesome: this is CROSSNIQ, a stylish and addictive puzzle game, developed mainly by one person. (His website and social media accounts present a similar flair, an admiration for late 90's and y2k graphic design, the excitement for unorthodoxy and technology at the turn of the century.) The game's responsiveness, UI, and gameplay loop are enhanced by the soundtrack, which was described by ViRiX as Ape Escape-like (Soichi Terada's jungle); to that end there are clear influences in Super Monkey Ball (Tomita, Shoji) and Tetris: The Grand Master (Hosoe, Saso).
