Where to start with AIR's music? Not a single miss here. The soundtrack perfectly captures idling about in a quiet backwaters town (or the mountains in the Summer arc), united by reverberating pianos, bells, and choirs. It's used to great effect in-game and no one track gets tiring. Maybe some do to others. There are quite a few "sad piano lead" tracks, but they're associated with different tensions: Stratus for sudden realizations, River's heavy kicks for the desperate times, Two of Us for loss of direction... and so on. An intimate soundtrack for a tiny cast whose troubles are much larger than they comprehend. Very convoluted actually.
Is it just me or is Unused Track 3 a lost Naoto Tanaka song? The comp/instruments sound straight out of X5 or X6.
